so. it is late. i played a bit with water tonight. this looks encouraging. i was playing with pigments that "enhance"color separation. won't show them all here. getting the turkey tomorrow! yay for the Holidays. Thank God for the rain...

love that second one especially...you have a magical touch with atmospheric landscapes Joel. I remember one of yours with a huge sky that is completely off the charts..hope you kept it, or get a gigantic price for it!
Thanks Nick. i have done lots of "gigantic skies" - so i do not know which one you meant. perhaps it was the one you commented on a few weeks ago "new season". i have posted it in a moment to see if this is the one you mean.
